Charter Terms & Conditions :

1) Standard Catering included in the above quotation. Any Special request will be charged at additional cost.

Note: Due to COVID-19 situation and complete lockdown presently catering is subject to availability.

2) The flight timings and cost mentioned are representations. It may vary depending upon weather / wind / fog / visibility conditions and flight schedules are subject to change / divert due to weather conditions, flight safety and operational restrictions.

3) Confirmation of the flight is subject to availability Of Aircraft & Crew at the time of booking can be confirmed after the receipt of Advance payment only.

4) For Crew Layover in case of prolonged halts during the course of single day at particular station, the “client” will make suitable arrangements for boarding, lodging & local transport will make the necessary arrangements at additional cost to the client.

5) We shall not be liable for any delay/inconvenience caused towards diversion, due to bad weather/VIP movements, unforeseen circumstances caused by nature or due to force majeure reasons in such conditions; client has to bear the cost of extra flying/overnight halt/waiting etc.

6) This Quote/ offer is made on a best- effort basis. Any cancellation necessitated due to technical reasons/ non- availability of permits or landing slots or reasons beyond the control of us will not attract any penalty/ claim from the charterer.

7) For halt that exceeds 3Hrs, then crew accommodation charges will be applied @ Rs.40000/- plus GST.

Payments:

1) 25% of the charter estimated cost shall be payable in advance at the time of blocking of the aircraft. Balance of estimated cost shall be payable 03 days prior at the time of confirmation of the flight and actual cost shall be payable within 7 days of actual billing.

2) 100% of the estimated cost shall be payable in case the flight is confirmed less than 03 days to the actual date of flying.

Cancellation Charges:

a) An amount of Rs. 2,50,000 will be levied against flight preparation charges if flight is canceled due to “force majeure” reasons. In case the flight is cancelled by the Client due to delay in departure due to “Force Majeure” reasons 100% of the Charter cost will be levied if updated in advance to the charterer about chances of such delay.

b) 25% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is canceled within 72 to 48 hours of the scheduled departure

c) 50% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is canceled within 48 to 24 hours of the scheduled departure

d) 100% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is canceled within 24 hrs of the scheduled departure.
